    And the fascination may be continuing

    Turns out #2 son has never cared about watches, he typically wears 10 dollars quartz disposables - I have considered DNA testing based on this fact - but after buying the clock that had belonged to my mother many years ago off ebay (I posted that awhile back) he apparently has experienced an epiphany. He just let me know he purchased a Raketa 24 hour World Timer he saw someplace.

    Fearless and curious, he immediately opened the back and discovered that it (I quote) ".......has a brass wheel that apparently winds the watch automatically. Pretty cool, huh?"


    Think I'll send him a Seiko diver in a few week - got to play him just right, keep the line taut, reel him in slowly..............

    I'm so proud, kinda like having a grandchild.

    any clue what seiko diver he will get? monster? 007/009?.. cant go wrong with seiko diver, and it is actually the gateway to this insane hobby hehehe..
