    The solution is to get it on loosely, then shimmy the buckle up the strap until it's tight. Tuck as you would any nato, there's a sliding metal keeper to keep the tail under control.
    That is exactly the way this one works. CNS call this their Seal strap and it is probably best avoided (although they are very comfortable).

    I recommend trying some of their other straps. I find them to be great and hard to beat for price.

    Now that I've got the fastening trick down, I like the strap. I frequently have to reinforce the holes on my nato straps, this makes for a (hopefully) more durable setup.
