I've always like these. I"ve never owned a true 24hr watch, and I think I need to. Glycine would likely be my first choice.

Can't comment on that model, but I think my Glycine was a great value, very nicely finished for the money. Still one of my casual favorites.

Glycine Airman Anyone?
Glycine seem to be the goto 24hr people in the West, as Raketa is for Russia
I do like the look of old Glycines, and nice to see the Airman No 1 reissue in 36mm :-)
Everyone needs to experience the leisured sweep of a 24hr watch - go for it Sherry, and Ryan!

Always extra fun as well, when wearing a 24h watch, if anyone asks you the time. Instead of telling them the time, I try to show the watch and let them look for themselves.

That's tempting.
There's a nice straightforwardness about Glycine but the watches have been pretty big in recent years. I now wonder whether 36mm would be too small. It's fine as an overall size, but there's a fair bit of bezel, so might the dial be cramped? It's hard to know without seeing one in the metal, but it's an intriguing watch.

Yup -- I'm a fan. My Airman is one of the most accurate watches I own. Great quality at a reasonable price = great bang for the buck. Classic styling, as well. There's a lot to like!

The Dude Abides
I have had an Airman 22 and a Combat Sub and found both to be very nice watches.
