Yes. It seems to have a stamped metal dial. It is super thin and would originally have come on a bracelet. I have more pictures of it, but they are on my other computer. It's a pretty uncommon model, but when found can be had quite cheaply. The Peseux in this one is super clean for it's age.

My wife is extraordinarily fond of this one and "borrows" it a lot.

This is a much better watch than most would suspect, with a Sellita SW300 and excellent case quality for the ridiculously low price I paid.

I enjoyed seeing people's old childhood watches in the affordable birthyear thread I started on WUS, but it occurred to me yesterday researching the Prätina, whether anyone collects children's watches or any decent ones are made today

I doubt you can get mechanical ones nowadays (which probably makes a lot of sense). Timex and Swatch both make decent affordable ones, the Swatches in particular look pretty nice. My son did have a Timex Time Teacher, but has now graduated to my old Timex Camper which he loves.

This one...as an automatic (or even a manual hand wind) would be an insta-buy for me.

The characterfulness of the numerals makes such a difference when there's so little else going on! It seems more charming than refined, warmer.
