I am able to see the Kickstarter site. The movement is a Miyota 6S50 in a 43mm case. 13mm thick, 20mm lugs and 50mm lug to lug.

Interesting. Looking forward to more info.
With a L2L of 50mm it should be a comfortable fit for smaller wrists.

Is the 6S50 a tuning fork movement?

I'd be very surprised if it was. There aren't any tuning fork movements being made these days, are there?
It's the movement used in that Jorg Gray 'Obama' watch. Edox might use it too, but I'm not absolutely sure of that.

I wish they'd offer a panda or reverse panda dial option, but it's a good looking watch and at that price it's hard to find things to knit pick about. I'll order one when it launches.
