    Thanks, Rory! It's a bit under the radar for typical collectors, and quartz, but it is among my favorites in the hoard.

    Very low key holiday and a chaos of boxes for the two of us here. Still packing 32 years of dusty detritus for the big move in 6 days. Kitchen is half-moved to the new place and no way to make slow cooked things, so it's Costco roasted turkey breast for the main dish, Costco pumpkin pie for dessert. I'll make Japanese yams, and homemade dressing and gravy though; sitting on the floor at the coffee table to pause for dinner. "It gets worse before it gets better."

    Nevertheless, we have a great deal to feel thankful about. Wishing everyone a good week.
    Too many watches, not enough wrists.
