Most daft watch related acquisition of 2022

I already know there is no way I can top this watch related item. Birks Jeweler was the exclusive Canadian importer and assembler of Eterna watches.

The second image is someone else's. It is currently six stories off the ground. I'll be taking it down on Monday and Tuesday.

    Most daft and most interesting?

What are your plans for it?

Do I recall correctly that this isn't the only old neon sign you have purchased? I am curious where you plan to keep it.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Yes, it is my second neon sign. I am angling for two more but I don't think I will get them...yet.

Well, for now this one is relatively small. The Birks part is probably 30 inches by 8 feet and the Diamonds is about 10 or so feet. They will both fit in my shop and they may be fully functioning. I may put them up and wire them in for the time being. Ultimately my last art and culture gift/ contribution to my city may be an outdoor neon museum. If I can get it off the ground and if I am not asked to do one more mural and that would have to be a very specific mural, that I almost got to paint once.

Oh, a Birks Alarm. That is fairly high up the list as I probably should get a Birks branded watch now.

It was a rebranded Fortis AFAIK. With an AS5008. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore.
    Cheers, Sedi
