Thread: Double markers every other hour

    Double markers every other hour

Here is a very typical numeral-less dial. It has a double marker at 12 o'clock, all the others are identical

Here is another common pattern - double markers every three hours, at 3 6 9 (and an extra splat at 12)

Here is the new Zenith Elite. Like its chrono sibling, it has double markers every two hours, at 12 2 4 6 8 10:

I can think of plenty of watches with *numerals* at 12 2 4 6 8 10 and single indices at 1 3 5 7 9 11, but off the top of my head I can't think of any others like this Zenith - though I'm sure I've seen vintage watches with that pattern.

What else is there, or has there been, like this, numeralless and with 2 4 6 8 10 and 12 emphasised?
