Lovely watch mate. Give it a black gilt dial and a bracelet and it would be damn near perfect!

    Very nice

I agree that the black is very reminiscent of an older Rolex Sub, which I really like, but the blue is very Tudor.

    Enjoy!

Congrats. I find these to be quite the lookers. For me, my only reason for not having one is the aluminum bezel insert. Nearly every Al insert I've ever had has gotten scratched. For this money it needs a ceramic insert. Others have successfully made these look exactly like the aluminum ones so thats not a reason for no ceramic.

Your collection has swelled a bit, but you seem happier with a few more options. Makes me feel better about maintaining the one out then one in that I have been doing. I'm actually down a few watches but that is somewhat because the outs are not being filled by their replacements in a timely manner.

    Thanks, Michael.

I probably wouldn’t want it with a ceramic bezel, even if the ceramic was a fair facsimile of aluminium. I spend enough time with remakes and reissues that I can be fussy about what original features are retained. I even want them to show signs of wear like the originals.

In fact, I know I wouldn’t want it. It would be a nice watch for someone else.

The picture reminds me that I’m perfectly happy to accept sapphire rather than plexiglass.

My hair-shirt is a cashmere blend.

I haven’t taken one I like, but I’ve pulled this from the recently deleted folder.
