Thread: Yet another Broad Arrow Speedy strap experiment

  1. #11
Unfortunately, I am a card carrying member of The Ban the Bund Society, but like the others I really like the plain strap on the BA. It compliments the vintagy vibe very well.

waitasecond - are we going to start using language like "ecru" around here? Sounds like we're picking curtains....er, draperies.

Good Lord, can "darling", "tender", and "fickle" be far behind.

Not bad looking on the bund, but better with just the strap, IMHO.

Pretty unanimous verdict! Ended up agreeing myself in the end and have switched it to a Nato.

Sticking to my guns on the beads of rice though

Hmmm the bund or the beads of rice?! The frying pan or the fire?! Just put it on a nice normal strap like this

The BOR isn't bad. I think it fits with the vintage vibe.

Size: 101.1 KBI thought the bund would give the Pogue a 1970's vibe. And there is my speedy on leather as well.

I'm not anti-bund as a rule, but I think that the "cuff" portion of the bund is too big for the size of the Broad Arrow.

As a wise(??) man on the internet once said:

(I imagine he's double wristing two broad arrows under the cuffs, one on a bund and the other on a beads of rice)
