Afaik Thomas , of 1963 fame , made the WUS ST5 so guessing as he's behind Red Star watches.
Always miffed that red dial was paint not laquered. Lost opportunity imo. Ah, well , water under the bridge now.
Pity not a little smaller , and sapphire. And would have prefered an ST5 , but not bad winding.
When (or should that be if) the sun comes out shall get around taking some comparison pics.
