Julian shows a Tongi in his listing

In the vid. each has a different number **** 2021 so guessing serial number.
Unsure on the 1969/1972 athough in the write up seems to be the peak in watch production , so perhaps homage to that.
Noticed in the vid. it shows them as a dust magnet....should have been sapphire , and a bit smaller , still a stunner. Matt case is fine. Fading red fum'e is ace. Very good time keeping so far. touch wood.

I have seen one before. I think I have a similar model stored away somewhere, but it's much more recently-made than yours. I can only guess how old yours is. The English language text on the box suggests late 1970s at the earliest. Could be later, too.

I have a couple of other models.

The 502 (accompanying paperwork dates it to June 1969): 180,000 bph

501: 360,000 bph (it hums away at 50 Hz)

Both work well. ZuanShi stopwatches were very well-made.

    501 movement (seller's pics)
