Cheers mates! Yes, we had a good day. We had my ex-niece in law and her fella over. We did hotdog burnt ends with black rum macerated grilled pineapple, then smoked brisket with a sort of salad version of Mexican street corn and the main course was gluten free fried chicken on gluten free biscuits with habanero marmalade and a pickled slaw. Dessert was s'mores, which I have never eaten before. Mrs. K called the meal white trash tapas.

It was. The gluten free biscuits have room for improvement, but the gluten free fried chicken was fantastic. The white rice flour in the GF flour makes the crust incredibly crisp.

This is the hotdog burnt ends.
