    yes my very first thought was a conway case till the crown was at three not four thought even maybe a redial conway with the movement being used in them but yeah .

    it's not exactly the right one as it not flat in the centre , i think they did do one like my other pic with no date pusher just could not find the pics but feel 90 percent that it's a orient case with possible a conway movement with a touch up conway dial maybe

    Yes, and from memory, to add to the confusion, that one even had a TC case.

    I saw the a couple of Oris (including a Portofino and Vader with near identical cases), but I know nothing about Oris.

    Perhaps whoever makes them is branching out?
