    Spacewing - patience pays off

I have been tracking this green Spacewing for almost two years. The seller (a dealer) had it listed originally for over £1,000 but as the months passed he gradually reduced his fixed price. Eventually he listed it as a no reserve auction and it’s now coming in to the fold. I already have a green Spacewing but they are rare and I think the dial on this one may be in slightly better condition. Not yet in hand, sellers pic for now and one of mine for comparison (my case is definitely in better condition).

Congrats JP, I watched that auction and was surprised when he finally put it up without reserve.

    Spacewing - patience pays off

Finally arrived and well worth waiting for. Between buying and receiving this uncommon green version I also picked up another with a deep blue dial which I have not come across before. I wonder whether this was black originally and aged to blue?
