Hello all,
I'm selling a very uncommon modern ROAMER wristwatch that was inspired by movements and designs found in the Roamer archives from the 1950s. This eample features a vintage FHF caliber (in use over 50 yars) housed in a roughly 37mm steel case. The watch is very well preserved (I estimate this was produced ca. 2005-2010) and working great. No boxes are available, just the original mfr. booklet. New straps (pictures) are included.
Dial: argent with see-through surround showing hour markers/numerals. Subdial at 6.
Sapphire glass
Movement: Historic hand-wound FHF cal. 138.011. Swiss Made. Incabloc anti shock system. 21.600 A/H. 17 Jewels. Power reserve 36 h.
Case Diameter: 37mm (without crown) and 40mm with crown.
Case Thickness: 9mm
Water Resistance: 30 meters
I'm happy to answer questions, though I haven't much info on this. In 2005 or so, I wrote an article on the square version of this watch, which used a vintage MST movement (in-house). This version uses a classic movement as well, but procured from FHF rather than developed by Roamer/MST.
Please see the photos...I'm asking $200 plus shipping. These were >$1200 new and are fetching >$500 these days in such good condition. Due to the lack of boxes/papers, this is reduced in price and represents excellent value for a very uncommon and disctinctive timepiece.
I'll ship internationally. Venmo and Paypal are accepted.
Cheers,
Brad
