Not sure why, I don't have many but it's just... charming. Like a sub, but kinda warmer... You?

Rolex Explorer II Polar White the 42mm version(Don't like the older smaller ones or the ones that look like a GMTII at all). I kept passing on this originally, until one day while getting on a tour boat in Singapore I saw one on someones wrist. I could not get it out of my head an a few weeks later after I got home I bought it. Key things I love:
Easiest watch to read in any light
Puts most divers to shame with the lume
Perfect size and shape for me
    Fantastic bracelet
Rolex does white dials better than anyone else and I love white dials
    Real GMT movement
Enough Water Resistance for my current level of water activities
Big orange hand offers a good separation between time zones
Black lacquered white gold hands and markers look awesome verses cheaper ways to do it
So good it is hard to justify the GMT II

Only thing I would change is put a black ceramic fixed bezel on it

Keep this and a Sub (or a Seamaster) and I'd be happy with that two watch collection. If it must be one, this is it. Figuring out the diver(#2 slot) in the collection would be far more difficult thing to do.

Yeah pretty sure I knew that was your favourite. Tis lovely. It's hard to keep up with people like you though-lots of watches, some of which move very quickly.

I have at least three or four favorites in the collection, but the Chronoswiss Sirius is one that floats to the top of the list as I think about the question today.

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

I don't necessarily have a favorite but there are a few I like more than others. I just can't imagine a day when I have only one watch, but the Orient Mako may well be that one. I honestly don't know why I like this watch so much. Part of it is that this was the first automatic watch I ever bought, but there has to be more to the story.

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I don’t think I could pick just one favorite. If forced, I guess I could survive with these three (well, plus a G-Shock, but we can all agree they don’t count…):

This one is quite versatile and seems to worm its way to the front disproportionally:

Everyone knows about this one, and it would take care of dressy situations:

Number three would have to be the one that I helped create:

I just can't do it. It would be a different answer every day.
