Busy day of sportsball watching today. This weekend, really, since tomorrow I’ll be seeing chick hockey (and I mean that respectfully since I also say dude hockey) and then the USWNT is playing Brazil for the inaugural W CONCACAF soccer/football/futbol championship.
May your weekend be as eventful as you want it to be.

Pondering the Alpinist for the upcoming downsize. It doesn't see much wrist time, but I still enjoy wearing it. (Of course if I do sell it, I would keep the iyonkstrap.)
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

For the entire time I've owned my Alpinist, I've toyed with the idea of replacing the Seiko supplied strap. I've never particularly liked it and I never thought it really suited the watch. The lyonk works much better.
Strap issues aside, and acknowledging that downsizing is not exactly my forté, I'm way too attached to the Alpinist to consider letting it go.

Indeed @Kronos, that's just the problem. It's an iconic watch with a very specific design. I'll probably end up keeping it. I'm really bad at downsizing. It's probably easier just to give some away than to try to sell them, in any case.
