    Rado or Not?

    Here's an unconventional one for Rado or Not?:

    An accessory, probably from the 1970s, or perhaps earlier.
    Aside from correctly stating whether it was issued by Rado or not, I'll award extra (imaginary) points if you know what it was meant for!

    I'll say yes it is Rado but, I have no idea why it was issued.

    I'm fairly sure that it's a yes as I've seen these for sale before.

    did rado do pocket watches? ... is so it's a fob for a key for winding the watch ? .... or a scoop is attach by a link to clean out a pipe or cigar tip ? ...
