    After doing a bit more research, I too am not overwhelmed by the date and if it is plexi, that would be a deal killer for me too.

    Sorry, haven't looked it up but it looks cheap... I mean inexpensive. Not even a contest with the Max Bill.

    I think the blue on the white dial is a tab too dark, but all of them are nice!

    This is under $500 without European vat added, the equivalent Max Bill is about $850, isn't it?
