    is this the blue we would have wanted on the pelagos?

    current blue on the pelagos:



    what it should have been?


    or dark like the AT gmt chrono?



    for danny?

    I would have gone with navy, a deep navy blue. Like peacoat navy.

    The Midnight Blue is nice but the biggest improvement that could be done to Pelagos is not writing War and Peace on the dial.

    Like it the way it is so much I bought it. It's unique and works very well. The darker looks too much SMP to me. Why be the same? The last one is purple, and the one above it is nearly teal. Neither could be called blue.

    Way better IMHO.

    Honestly if I was buying a Tudor diver, I'd be going Black Bay all the way though which is by a wide margin my favorite Rolex/Tudor diver of their current lineup.

    I'd like to see it in the bright blue of the Tudor Subs in the 70's.

    The picture of the actual blue is off quite a bit (I've looked on four different devices and it is pretty consistent), and when I hold the watch up to the monitor the second one down marked "what it should have been" is actually what it really looks like.
