Why do Singh-Ray filters cost 4-5x what my lovely B+W filters do?

Zenith & Vintage Mod
Nice pics Angus. My issue is LR. Bought a copy. Migrated to new PC and would not load. Required me to join their subscription basis. Screw them. I went elsewhere.
But good shooting!

Thanks Dan. The big name photo editing softwares nowadays are now subscription based, LR, PS, CaptureOne... I used to have LR in my old Mac Mini but with OS upgrades it became more and more obsolete. They also got rid of Aperture which I really liked. I also used Elements, which is still available without subscription. I finally gave in and bought a subscription last year that I have loaded on my mini, MacBook Pro and iPad. They just upgraded to 2021 but it doesn’t recognize my Olympus RAW files, luckily the LR CC still does.
