What's the smoothest winding watch you've ever had?

Of the watches I’ve had it’s my Sub with the older 3130 movement. Very smooth and light.

Zenith Pilot. Big Onion crown is easy to wield and it's super smooth.

Toss up between the FF, SOHii, and MB 7035. They all wind so seamlessly, you almost think they aren’t!

My RGM 250 is an absolute beeeeyoch to wind. The resistance to winding is considerable and that damned onion crown is hell to get any purchase on. The easiest in my collection is my Gerlach hand crank. There’s so little winding resistance that I have to be careful to not overwind it. It’s the only hand crank I own so I don’t know if it’s a characteristic of that type or just particular to the Gerlach.

Possibly a surprising entry to the smooth winding entries, as several come to mind in my lineup.

This Bathysphere 500 by Aquadive is absolutely buttery smooth on the winding front, powered by the Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier twin-barrel calibre (Vaucher builds movements for Parmigiani Fleurier and for high end pieces from Hermes).

LOVE winding this one.
