I'm about to try some Buffalo Trace Distillery Bourbon Cream for the first time. Impossible to find in my area... have to get it from Kentucky. Well, I finally got a bottle. Here is the twist... don't kill me for this but I have been advised to add some Root Beer and vanilla ice cream to the Bourbon Cream for the best taste. Well, I'm going to do it... after I decide on the best root beer and ice cream to add. Anyway, I will update those of you who don't disown me for this concoction...

Feel like something a bit sweeter tonight.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

I need to get a bottle. I haven't tried it yet.

It represents good value. Aged well, and the rum finish is unmistakable, especially put up against single matured offerings, or even the plethora of sherry finished doubles in my collection. Certainly recommended.

I'm also a fan of the Glenlivet, as you say the 12yo is a very reasonably priced bottle, while I was at costco on Friday I picked up a bottle of Founders reserve.
Not had a chance to open the bottle yet, I tend not to drink while I'm on a run of shifts, but I shall be relaxing at some point over the weekend ahead. Anybody else tried this one?

I had never heard of it before. The internet tells me it's new. The internet gives a variety of opinions on it, too
And says it's available at a variety of prices at the moment, MRSP is £36

Managed to get it under £24 including tax which for a single malt was a price hard to cry about.
