Good read but really? Every other product has to innovate and control price- why can't watches? You can buy a car for the same price as 15 years ago and enjoy all the new innovations for a no more money.

Doesn't he rather defeat his own argument by suggesting that a swing system Nomos is comparatively affordable? It looks to me as though he had some great information from which he didn't quite produce a good article.

seems to go off in several different directions , not knowing where he's going , so he doesn't finish what he started and starts again with another tangent.

The article reminds me of some of my own posts, I have a point that I want to make and by the end I realize I haven't made my point and even worse I may have well argued against it.
