    A swap to Colareb leather on the IWC, it wears much smaller than the non tapered bracelet. Nicer combo for the winter, where it won't see much more water than the occasional car wash and dishes.





    Unfortunately, I noticed these.





    Ouch. This is in addition to the one I posted a few months ago, which is minor scuff compared to the dents.





    Watches are made to be worn.

    Ebel Le Modulor. A new pick up over the summer.


    This was one of the first Ebel watches to feature their in-house Cal 137 movement, before the release of the more modern looking and larger 1911 BTR series. I like the playful use of colour in the dial design.

    It might look a bit like a ring spanner, but this has become my travel watch.

    Cheap and sturdy enough for airport scanner trays. Journey/mission timer. Easy-peasy independent hour hand.
