    WRUW Friday May 24

After being beaten into submission -- not once but twice -- by a heavy e-bike (simply trying to get used to it in the parking lot before a ride around Nevis) I surrendered and headed to the hotel pool.

We ate deer from around our last property and they were very good.
    Glad to hear it!

Naked wrist during the day closing out a very busy week, but for a wedding we are attending this evening, the Ultrablack will be on the wrist.

Was it while you were wearing a nato strap? That's the only time I've ever had spring bar failure... it's happened about a half-dozen times over the last 15 years.

Yes, it was! The watch felt loose around my wrist. When I looked at it, the watch had popped free from the spring bar and the watch was barely holding on to the strap.
Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
