    Heaven Can Wait

I found a set of angel wings on a building wall downtown. I decided they presented the perfect opportunity to recreate the Heaven Can Wait movie poster. I had some trouble keeping my balance since the ground wasn't level, but this is what I came up with.

Would love to see recreations of movie posters, television show (or other) ads, or book covers from other people. Might be fun. Or not.

Beatty is holding a non-descript pocket watch. I have my Seiko.

There's a similar set of wings on a building in LA; my daughter took a picture like that with her in it. But she's so short, the wings didn't quite get to the right place on her.

He’s got your hair, must be the Shampoo. Sorry, couldn’t help myself.

Sounds like a fun idea. Does it have to be watch themed, though?

It’s the Lounge, so watches are optional.

I was visiting a seminary earlier this week and got my picture taken with the wing that represents St Michael (which is my name) but I gotta ask the priest who took my pic to send me the photo....

I don’t have a saint with my name. And I can’t find really an English counterpart for my name, either. Phonetically, the closest would be Adam, but the meanings are not even a little alike. By meaning, the closest would either be the Japanese meaning for Ken or the English Valentine, which was a saint.

I guess my name saint must be Jeanne d'Arc.

It means God is gracious. Or God's gracious gift. Something like that.
