    I’m in the middle of this (the English translation) and I’m enjoying it thoroughly. Binet’s repeated breaking of the “fourth wall” and commenting on his own story reminds me of Kundera.

    I just finished this one. Didn't like it as much as Blacktop Wasteland. The gay angle seemed a little heavy handed at times but maybe that was on purpose. I could see the mastermind and the Tangerine storyline coming a mile away.
