Does this kind of watch have a name?

I've just found this Tissot which I rather like. Any adorably take on the kind of thing A Lange & Sohne make. Is there a name for this style of dial though?

I've seen them described as offset dials. If there is a fancier name than that, I'd be curious to know.

The more I look at that pic the more I think both dials need to move about 2mm diagonally down and to the left.

That's to do with chiming at certain times isn't it? I don't think the Tissot does that

Perhaps Lange & Sohne has a patent on symmetric asymmetry - if you take my meaning - which prevents Tissot from making a better looking dial. Just a random thought.
