Watches and baked goods. (preferably homemade)

After a discussion with Colin in a different thread we noticed we have had threads with Watches and coffee, watches and jams. But nothing with baked goods, cakes, buns, bread and so on.

So is anyone a baker? Myself I always start my summer vacation with a big baking day. Mostly cinnamon buns or variations of them.

And since I did my last day at work before summer on Friday and will now have 5 weeks off it was time to break out the flour. 4h later this was the result.

First traditional Swedish cinnamon buns (with the Multifort, Suzhou and vostok)

Also did a version with vanilla and almond (Globus):

    And blueberry/vanilla

Plan for summer is to start baking more bread. Bagels and rolls are on the horizon.

I tend to cook more than bake, but I see some zucchini bread in my future.

Artisan baking for me. Gotta dig up some pictures, though. Basically, it's flour, water, salt and yeast plus time. No kneading, it's not needed (yes, pun intentional). Greatest bread ever. :-)
