I've read they use Top grade, plus their own modifications.

Power reserve indicator on the dial, sapphire case back, date and proprietary lugs (= no strap choices). It seems that Tudor had acess to my confidential "not want list".
I'm sure my wallet is safe.

The case and integrated bracelet look nice. It makes me think of a modernized OysterQuartz. The dial, while reminiscent of the Ranger II posted above looks more like a boutique watch dial with that power reserve. I just saw a photo of the Helson Gauge PR the other day and have the image of that PR stuck in my head.

Is their really a market for a watch that looks like the Tudor Ranger but costs nearly twice as much?
I don't like the lugs, power reserve or paying around twice as much for an in-house movement.
