    WRUW: Wrist Selection Wednesday 3/13/2019

Well, don't think I've ever started a daily wrist thread...we are under a "Bomb Cyclone" Winter Weather Warning here in Colorado, and many schools have already been pre-emptively closed for tomorrow, before the storm has even started. (seems like the main concern is very high winds combined with significant snowfall).

I guess we will see how it goes, since I've already planned to drive to work in the morning...guess I'll wear something tough though. The last time they closed schools pre-emptively based on the forecast, I think we ended up with a couple inches of snow... (I'm good with this because our school district has not had even 1 snow day this winter, despite the fact that we've had some incredibly big snow storms over this past season, where many surrounding school districts have closed and had a snow day.)

Pretty sure we will survive the forecasted and impressive sounding "bomb cyclone".

I think the GP can handle it.....

    Cheers,

    Chris

Bomb cyclone? Points to whoever came up with that charmingly descriptive moniker. Stay safe Chris!

Tissot Heritage ‘Banana’. Really must decide on another time zone for it.
I'd Schwarzkopf it daily, except I couldn't be bothered with the inevitable explanations...

Thankfully no bomb cyclone here. Just a really old watch I used to wear as a teenager. (it's on iyonk by the way.)

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

I don’t know what “bomb cyclone” means, but I’ve experienced thunder snow before. Does that count for anything?
