If I can find the one with the blue dial accents, I'll gladly sell you this one!

If I can find the one with the blue dial accents, I'll gladly sell you this one!
My week was pretty limited, but enjoyable. I didn't see another of these on anyone else's wrist :D

Love that DS40!
I'll be in Blighty myself in 4 weeks or so, but confined to the south coast, for the most part. I hope to catch up with you during another visit!

I agree, though that Tudor also looks swell.
A single watch for me all week--the Rado Diastar Round Chronograph:

My favorite, so far, of those shared above is the vintage DS Chronometer. So cool.
Tim, that photo of the CC is old...it has noticeable discolouration now...I'll try to share representative pix...
Tim, your DS on 2-tone NSA is my pick this week, though a couple others came in closely behind!
And I love that Eiger, Scott. Great choice!!
I started with an old favorite...

and then switched to a newer friend:

That's an amazing find, John.
I continue to be stunned by the NOS (or nearly so) pieces you manage to locate and obtain.
Have you made the trip to Lengnau?
Congrats!
Brad
...It was during a period of acquisition of some amazing things...late in 2003 I got the RGM TZLE (on my wrist today) and the Benzinger I wore a couple weeks back. The 222-E was in the works in 2003,...
As you pointed out on IG, John, that is quite an interesting pattern on the NSA!
Lovely selections, chaps.
This week I am sporting another of my custom pieces with vintage PW movements...
My RGM 222-E, the first left-handed watch they ever made:

Agreed...lovely acquisition, mate!!
I'm sporting an old friend...now aged 21!!
Sorry for the small image...my best photos (those that were not lost in the demise of Fototime) are on a different computer

Hi John,
I have not seen that case back before...and would not expect it with a round bezel!
Some 1980s-1990s DS chronometers were referred to as deluxe, but they would have had 8-digit reference...
I'll take a look, John.
On a related note...15-20 years ago (at least) I saw what appeared to be a CC Mk I on eBay, but it had a Baylor dial. Very similar to a CC dial, but the anchor was replaced...
I wanted to share something with my friends here:...
A few weeks ago I was chatting with some jazz musicians I know about playing a standard jazz tune and a Steely Dan tune, which share the same...
Hi Peter,
I do not have either of these at the moment, but was seeking confirmation...do you seek the Chronometer DS40 from 2002, or the non-Chronometer (2004?) model?
Brad
My choice as well. I hope Frank is enjoying the pristine black Marstron I sold him several years ago...they are such cool watches!
My week included this hefty rarity:
127952
John, If I recall correctly, these used RADO movements, not Certina, is that correct?
I suspect they were entirely built by RADO and the only Certina involvement was negotiations. :D
So cool also to see other things going on in your lives. Sorry the pooch experiment had to be abandoned, Scott. Hank, it's great seeing the photos. Makes me think back on my only visit to Sint...
Wow, the rarest of exotic Rado watches with Cartier printed on the Lapis dial. What a unicorn!
Wow, you folks have shared some stunning pieces this week. I cannot choose a favourite.
As you may expect, from my own collection I've been favouring the new "Thrifty Fathoms" Swatch but also wore...
It seems they have taken inspiration from the MoonSwatch and made a lunar "ocean" model. I have to laugh: someone called this line the "Thrifty Fathoms"
Good one.
...
I finally remembered to put the Swatch on the timemaster machine...
and it has a very difficult time hearing the movement. I suppose the bioceramic case must be a very good insulator. The first...
