Kairos hybrid smart watch and smart water strap

I am pretty confused about these. Neither of them look very comfortable to wear.

I don't think smart watch guys would go for them, cause they would much rather have a "true" smart watch for better "readability".

And then mechanical watch guys may prefer better implementation of mechanical movement.

The smart strap doesn't look very comfortable to wear and seems like the form factor limits the function.
