    Good morning IWL

    This always seem to have microscopic dust on the top (outside obviously!) - can never see it in the flash - just shows up on pics.

    As for the insomnia, there's no substitute for regularity in my experience - no!, not that sort of regularity - just going to sleep at the same time, a small power nap sometime during the day also

    Melatonin never did anything for me -- I tried it both for sleep regulation and jetlags years ago and all I got was headaches.
