It seems like one of the sub-dials should be blue that matches the bezel. Otherwise, it is a bit monochromatic, but I still like it.

Several little things, including the poor value retention, keep me from buying a JLC. The only one I truly love is Alan's Memovox.

On a side note, we've discussed this term before, but I must say, I despise the term 'colorway' (in the link). It's misleading. There are only two colors for these watches (green and gradient grey), yet the term 'colorway' implies a range of options. Omega Constellations, for example, offer a true colorway with 32 different color options. But I don't see the two distinct colors on completely different models as meeting this definition. The term 'colorway' doesn't fit this arrangement of colors. I've chosen to steer clear of this term, as it's often misused.

    Colorway:
a combination or arrangement of colors
noun. a combination or arrangement of colors, usually one of several, in which a product, fabric, article of clothing, etc., is available: This set of patterns has a pop art look and comes in vivid, sunny, pastel, dark, and neutral colorways.

It is like when people say a lot. Every time I have vetted out what is a lot, the answer is, ironically, two. So when I hear a lot, I naturally insert two in my brain. It has never been any other number based on thousands of cases I have tracked down over a lifetime.

Timex releases a "true" GMT using a Miyota 9075 movement.

Price seems a tad on the high side, perhaps because of the use of titanium, perhaps because it's a collaboration and a limited edition, perhaps both.
